Highly responsive over message in Thumbtack. I was nervous Noe wouldn't show up because we didn't confirm the day before...but no worries! He was at my door as promised. He cleaned, re-grouted, sealed, and caulked my shower tiles. Super helpful as I just moved in recently and can almost guarantee the previous owners didn't maintain the grout or do anything with the shower for decades. I'd love for Noe to maintain my shower annually...next time I'll probably ask for him to caulk the lower more cleanly, but that's it. I didn't catch it last time because I was too busy dealing with a bad shutter installation running in parallel.

Noe was very responsive; came to my house and provided a quote same day; the day of the job he and his colleague arrived on time and they did a fantastic job. My floor looks brand new again after 23 years of grime build up, especially in the grout. They not only cleaned the floors, but sealed them and also stained my grout a light color to match the tiles. So happy I did this and so happy I chose the Bay Area Grout Specialists to do it!

Bay Area Grout did a great job “rejuvenating “ our tile floors through the house. They weee very professional, on time and delivered on what they had assessed in their prior visit. Definitely plan on using again when we need another grout and tile cleaning and sealer.
