My usual appliance tech was not available, and MMO responded. I gave them a chance and they took care of the problems at a reasonable rate with warranty offered.

Mike from MMO Appliances was excellent. My front-loading washer had a leak and I was worried it might be something major. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and found that a random item had gotten stuck in a tube inside the washer — something my kids had accidentally put in there. He clearly knows these machines inside and out because it was not an obvious issue, yet he tracked it down quickly and fixed it. He was polite, professional, and efficient, and took the time to explain what had happened. If you need someone knowledgeable for washer repair, especially front-loading machines, I highly recommend Mike. I would definitely call him again for appliance repair and as he does repairs for most appliances we are keeping his number for future use.

The technician was polite, but communication could have been better. I do appreciate the follow up and the effort afterwards. However, since I didn't move forward with the repair, I'm unable to rate that aspect of the service.
