Mike from MMO Appliances was excellent. My front-loading washer had a leak and I was worried it might be something major. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and found that a random item had gotten stuck in a tube inside the washer — something my kids had accidentally put in there.

He clearly knows these machines inside and out because it was not an obvious issue, yet he tracked it down quickly and fixed it. He was polite, professional, and efficient, and took the time to explain what had happened.

If you need someone knowledgeable for washer repair, especially front-loading machines, I highly recommend Mike. I would definitely call him again for appliance repair and as he does repairs for most appliances we are keeping his number for future use.

Mike was awesome. Did an excellent job in a timely manner even hooked up the unit for me which he was not required to do but did for me anyways check for gas leaks very professional job. I’m so happy with his workmanship.
