Demyan came in at 7:30am punctually to diagnose and repair our microwave which was shorting out and triggering the breaker. And also our dishwasher which was collecting water at the bottom after 2-3 washers. He replaced parts and the charges were $320 but we were given a discount of $300 the job was done to satisfaction and the place was left clean and neat. I have decided maybe he can help us next with other issues and will hire him again. He offered us explanations on the required repairs and gave us options to choose which I thought was very honest and open. Not pushing this and making it sound like it will blow up our home. Overall he was very good with his work..

He went over and beyond what he was initially going to do due to the fact I got the wrong size AC and he had to go to Home Depot to buy additional products for installation.
