I am extremely happy with the job. He drew the plan with every detail and I was able to complete it myself. I highly recommend this professional and I would hire him again.
I had the pleasure of working Raj on the structural engineering project. We wanted to remove a load bearing wall. His depth of knowledge impressed me. He has a really good head on his shoulders and is a credit to his profession.

We wanted to take a wall down in the kitchen to open it up to the living room. We unexpectedly ended up having to put a beam up to fully open up the space. Raj was punctual and professional right off the bat. He was very responsive to any questions I had and was always willing to educate me throughout the process. Raj delivered his plans before the agreed deadline and was available for questions when we hit roadblocks. I would definitely work with him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately there is no standard pricing. Price of a project varies based on location and complexity of the project. A typically range can easily be provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically there is a consultation to see what the clients want, then we proceed to come up with a project scope. Once a scope is developed, we propose a fee for the work. If client agrees with fee, then we proceed with the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background in Structural Engineering and Architecture. I approach the problem from both angles, which is design and Engineering. Both are very critical in navigating today challenging zoning and building codes.
