A meeting at the project location to go over the scope of work and/or a meeting at the office to review all details and sign off on any changes before project commencement.

Gilbert E. Jordan Qualifications: Four years of a trade school. Four years apprenticeship. Advance training in Restoration of historic buildings, construction management, Blueprint reading, material take-off, project estimating and management, customer relations, direct sale, working with city planning departments and code enforcement. Building and safety, full working knowledge of windows operating system (word, excel, PowerPoint), quick-books, national estimator and related software, auto-cad, turbo-cad, landscape design. Fully versed in contract negotiation and writing. Full understanding of laws and building codes, 35 years of field working as a carpenter and construction management, specialty restoration, full working understanding of all phases of building and planning.
