- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because no two dogs are the same and some behaviors are more difficult or require more resources, each case is unique. I work with the client and provide an agreed upon price before starting work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a free phone consultation where I will ask specific questions about the dog and people involved. This will allow me to analyze the situation to get to the root of the problem and then come up with a plan to solve it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly and have worked with and studied under some of the best trainers in the area. I am constantly studying the newest research in animal behavior and attending seminars and conferences.
