very conscientious, friendly and accommodating to our kitty's tastes and preferences. very good ongoing contact with the humans. our trip cancelled but we kept the boarding arrangement until we could arrange to pick up our kitty. he seemed pretty well adjusted, and is actually behaving better at home, probably as a result of his larger-world experience. I am inclined to consider pawtroopers for some potential further booking and maybe training as well.

I love PawTroopers and that I can feel safe leaving my pup in an environment with a sitter that has training experience and can handle any issues were they to arise, Parker always comes home happy and tired from all the running around and playing he gets to do, they don't just stick your dog in a crate and leave them, they let them play and explore. I gotta love the awesome photos and videos they are sure to send every visit!

Terrible customer service- I had a last minute meeting at work and had to reschedule the training. Diane got upset and refused to reschedule and also stole $50 from me. Bummer that thumbtack allows this.
