- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have our pricing set in stone, we have taken all expenses and allowed for room for profit. Mind you we don’t have stake and eggs fro breakfast daily or vacations on a weekly basis. We pride ourselves in providing a great experience while providing a great service. However we do offer a 10% discount to our veterans, heroes and senior as they have put in that extra time and effort for our country and community at a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what issues they are having, this way we can tailor a plan that best suits their needs. Some issues require a certain type of product or procedure it’s not about just spraying it’s about figuring out what and where to apply the proper product to do the job right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have collet education, I have military training however we both have the will to figure out any problem. In fact we don’t think of it as a problem we take it as a challenge to solve.
