Contacted Fuse HVAC & Appliance to have a look at my fridge that was acting up. They responded very quickly and scheduled visits within my requested time frame. The tech, Alex, was on time, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The problem was identified and resolved with a thorough servicing of the fridge. A written estimate was provided via email prior to the work being performed. The cost was reasonable at $180. Will definitely use them again.

Our problem was solved quickly and efficiently by the professionally trained technician. He was friendly and respectful and explained our electrical problem clearly. He repaired the exposed wires and helped us understand a couple of other minor electrical issues. If we have any other electrical (or plumbing or HVAC) problems in future, we will definitely call Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair. Thanks for helping us so promptly!

I contacted a couple of Appliance companies I found on Nextdoor for my refrigerator that was leaking water due to a cooling issue. Fuse HVAC & Appliance didn't have an opening available until late afternoon so I had a different company come and take a look. The technician said it pointed towards a bad compressor and the replacement/repair cost would be around $1200. I was contemplating repairing vs buying a new fridge. At this point I replied back to Annie at Fuse HVAC & Appliance and told her what my situation was. She informed me that LG has a known issue on their compressors and carried a 10year manufacturers warranty on the part. She offered to do the repair for half the price because the cost of the part would have been handled by LG. I had a question on the warranty life for the compressor after replacement and she provided me with LGs contact number to get clarification. After contacting LG, I found out that not only was the compressor covered for 10years but that the labor was covered for 5 years and I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I had to cancel my appointment with Fuse HVAC & Appliance and didn't end up using their service. However, if it wasn't for Annie and her amazing customer service and information she shared with me, I would have never thought to contact LG because I assumed I was outside of my warranty window. Based on the professional experience I had with them I won't hesitate contacting them in the future for any appliance repair needs.
