Alex is friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue I have with HVAC fuse and installed the Next thermostat carefully to make making sure the screws are not install properly. The screws that came with the Nest thermostate is way bigger and decided to use small screws he had to ensure nothing is puncture behind the wall. Thanks Alex!
