We originally schedule for someone to come on Monday, however they reached out via the app and they were able to come out the same day which is what we really wanted. Ben arrived very professional and was very knowledgeable about the parts and how my current garage door opener was setup. Turns out we needed new springs and a new opener. Ben was able to get the parts to us same day and replaced the springs which allows our door to open up quicker because it was opening and closing very slow. We still had intermittent issues with the opener so we opted to purchase a new opener ourselves and they came back the next day to install it.

Old garage door opener completely died out on us. Michael was very responsive and was able to come out here same day which was super helpful! Michael was very professional and prompt with his responsiveness. I also worked with his technician, Adam, who clearly showed how deep his experience was in the field and was not just trying to upsell me to spend $ on new springs. He had initially thought that I would need new springs since my garage door kept sliding down and there was a clear lack of support to carry the weight of the door. After further assessment, he confirmed that the springs were fine and that all I would need is fine tuning tension adjustment. It not only saved me some money but it was also refreshing to get some ‘honest’ assessment in how the garage door was being diagnosed. I highly recommend Adam and this company.
