What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important for the customer and I to talk and fully understand the complete work that the customer wants done. You do not want any confusion at the beginning of the project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I own my own company in Ukraine for 16 years. Unfortunately, my home and business were destroyed by a direct Russian missile hit at the start of the Russia Ukraine war. My family and I fled Ukraine for the safety of my family. Fortunately, we were able to immigrate to the United States and I am working hard to establish our new life here in America.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t always look for just the lowest price. The quality of the work is the most important. Do you want to ensure that the person you are hiring do good work at a fair price.
