Excellent work. Explained everything he needed to do to get the job done. He made sure we were satisfied with each section of the project before he moved on to the next job we requested. We hired him to do several electrical upgrades to our house, including 2 security cameras and replacing an outlet switch that broke. On my wish list was a dimmer switch for the Master bathroom and he was able to get that done as well. Would highly recommend him.

Justin did a great job changing out 5 bathroom faucet fixtures and the kitchen sink faucet, as well, for us. He was great at explaining everything, he was on time, and communicated very well & very quickly which is why we chose to go with him in the first place. He’s coming back in the morning to do a couple more projects. We appreciate his great work!
We highly recommend Justin from Filter Thru LLC!

I recently hired Justin to help with some much-needed last minute repairs at my rental property. My husband and I usually handle all the work ourselves, but having a 2 month old and a two year old, life has been pretty busy and we needed some extra help.
Justin was prompt, professional, and did excellent work. He regrouted my bathroom and a portion of the kitchen backsplash, and also went above and beyond to straighten and fix two doors and repair a kitchen cabinet drawer that was added scope.
While his hourly rate was higher than I’d typically pay, his availability and efficiency made it worth it. With the chaos of having a newborn (or in our case, a newborn and a toddler!), it was a huge relief to have someone reliable and skilled take care of these tasks.
I appreciate his professionalism and would definitely consider hiring him again in the future. If you’re looking for someone to help with a project and are willing to pay a premium for quality work, Justin is a great choice.

Thank you so much, Sandra! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It was a pleasure helping you and your family get those last-minute repairs handled — especially knowing how busy things can be with little ones at home. I’m glad the work met your expectations, and I truly appreciate the trust and kind words. Don’t hesitate to reach out anytime you need a hand in the future.

I can’t thank Justin at Filter Thru LLC enough. He brought the vision to life in our home’s makeover. We did multiple projects and his quality of work and attention to details was genuinely refreshing. He also had so many great ideas on how to improve my thoughts and create a “new” feel to our older home. Greatly appreciated. We will definitely use him again on our next project.

Justin did an awesome job installing my door. He was professional, super clean, and really paid attention to the details to make sure everything was lined up perfectly.
He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work before he packed up.
If you want the job done right the first time, Justin is your man.
Highly recommend!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the level of craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail that I bring to each project. I focus on providing quality work that lasts, not just the cheapest upfront option. Many of my customers have hired me after needing repairs or corrections from lower-cost work done previously, which is why I take pride in doing things correctly the first time.
I aim to keep pricing fair and transparent, with clear communication about labor, materials, and project scope before work begins. Depending on the project, I may also offer bundled pricing or cost-saving options when multiple items are completed together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a conversation about the project goals, timeline, and budget. From there, I usually ask for photos and a brief description of the work needed so I can determine whether I can provide an estimate remotely or if a walkthrough would be more appropriate.
If needed, I’ll schedule an on-site visit to review the project in person, discuss options, and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, I keep communication clear throughout the project so customers always know what to expect from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a combination of hands-on field experience, trade school training, and college education related to the construction industry. My background includes experience in plumbing, framing, HVAC, fabrication, finish carpentry, and general construction. Over the years, I’ve continued building my skill set through real-world project experience, specializing in custom millwork, home renovations, repairs, and detailed finish work. That combination of formal training and practical experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of both craftsmanship and problem solving on the job.
