- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base pricing system and from there my clients can add on certain services or tasks to the base cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I got out of the US Army I had little education and two small children. I immediately enrolled into college but needed a way to make money while in school that would work around my young children's schedule as I could not afford day care. Being able to clean homes for a short time each day helped me survive during these times. Once I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Business Administration I had cleaned over 500 homes and even employed part time workers to help me. For the past year I have been able to fully focus on my business and grow it into something I am proud of. Cleaning homes or owning a cleaning business was not exactly what I thought I would do with my career or degree but it evolved over time and I could not be happier with the course my education, experience and work life progressed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mainly service vacancy and move in/out cleanings. In between these jobs we do one time deep cleans or service our regular re-ouccuring clients homes.
