When a repair is performed the question is always asked (If our peers where to see the finished product how would they respond) Hopefully that's how I would have done it. we are lock doctors but for air conditioning. We gather information on the symptom or problem by asking questions and running tests and we come to a diagnosis and then fixing it so playing doc and being challenged.
