Jake is the best. He’s a must-hire for your next project. He converted our old pergolas into a fully enclosed outdoor space complete with recessed lighting, fans, and speakers. He worked efficiently and was so communicative throughout the process. I knew exactly what was going on each day, there was a very predictable payment schedule) no surprise costs). All of these things alone would make him a great hire but the best part was he knows people for every job so we asked him for a recommendation on plumbers and other specialties - we ended up hiring nearly every recommendation because they were all kind decent people who knew what they were doing. He’s truly a must-hire.
