Never completed the job. He was supposed to remove the trash and just left it piled up there … he was supposed to install sprinklers correctly. They are leaking not properly install installed.. he said he needed $1000 to purchase the materials. I told him I did not feel comfortable with giving him cash that I can purchase it for him he kept insisting. I gave him $1,000 to purchase a materials. He never came back with them. Sprinklers and PVC are not $1000.. Constant delays every single day he supposed to work and never comes when he says he is. He was supposed to remove all of the rock and debris and haul it away. Instead, he left it piled up there. To the state, I’m still waiting for a three day completion that he promised is now going on a month. I told him we need to rectify this and return some of the money and I have not received a response. It’s been over 24 hours.. Please learn from my mistake. At this point, it’s contractor fraud and he should be facing legal action for this, but I have grace and I’ve given him many opportunities to make this right. Even a response would have been helpful. See you in court.
