I just had a patio cover installed by JAM Construction, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I called, their communication was spot‑on; quick responses, clear answers, and zero surprises.
Justin and Sam were at my place for an estimate within a day, and their quote was refreshingly affordable compared to the other bids I'd gathered. They scheduled the project right away, showed up on time, and got straight to work. The demolition phase was impressively fast and they left the area spotless.
Installation was just as smooth. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area spotless, and delivered exactly what they promised. My new patio cover looks amazing and functions perfectly (fan, lights, etc.).

I used Jam Construction for my patio cover purchase and installation. Let me start off by saying, they had the best pricing for an insulated patio cover from the six companies that I vetted via Yelp.
On our initial in-home meeting, Sam and Justin (Jam Construction) were very thorough with measurements and explaining the entire process. Once I hired them, the permit paperwork for the City was handled by them with a small fee.
Once the permit was approved, they completed the installation. Within 2 days. The patio cover came out great and was completed to my satisfaction. They even cleaned up after the installation was done. I would highly recommend them for your patio cover needs.
