Brent is an excellent trainer and motivator. He not only helps me physically, but also mentally and emotionally as he helps you realize your overall health is important. He’s caring and has excellent customer service. It’s important to feel like your trainer is engaged and not just giving you random exercises to do while they surf the internet. He focuses on each muscle form and thoroughly explain techniques to maximize results. Money well spent!!!! Highly recommend

Although, it was my first day being able to talk, with Brent , and even do some workout with him, I’m sold! Brent was very attentive and never left me alone. He explained every exercise before hand. I appreciate the fact that he speaks with knowledge and understands the art of it all. He was straight forward, up front and most of all very professional.
