I highly recommend Claude and his team! He is very knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. I am located in Illinois, so trusting a professional in California was very important when it came to my soon to be ex-husband’s “business trip.” Something didn’t feel right about this trip. I listened to my instincts and hired Claude and his team. I told myself that it was peace of mind whatever the outcome. I am thankful I went with my instincts because it (sadly) confirmed my suspicions. Claude was sincere and calming when he had to break the news. That cannot be very easy for someone to do, but he was very empathetic to the situation. During the investigation, he was very responsive and thorough. Within just a few days, he had the final report finished and ready to send to my lawyer. It is a horrible feeling when you catch your spouse cheating, but I had that lingering suspicion for a while and I am happy that I listened to my gut. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable, kind, professional and true gentleman to have gone with me through that difficult time. I am grateful for all the team’s hard work.

Because the nature of my profession and to whom we provide services, it's typically not in my client's best interest to give public, online reviews & recommendations which confirm they've had to hire a private investigator. I just started working with this Investigator and by far the professionalism and responsiveness is absolutely amazing!!!! I genuinely appreciate him abs will be continuing my work with him really soon in the upcoming month and New Year!!! If I could give 10 or 20 stars I would but the website only allows for five stars but it the professionalism and responsiveness and detailed information is definitely by far more than five stars!!! Thanks to him I am more at ease with the upcoming process and it has caused my stress level to go down some.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We often have monthly specials and often free services such as a background check (valued between $200-$350) when client's purchase 16 hours or more of surveillance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take time to ask ALL of the right questions so we can develop an actionable, cost efficient PLAN OF ACTION. We typical converse over the phone, via email and or through video conferencing. We can meet clients at our offices to discuss their case in person but charge for our time and the required COVID-19 clean up necessary after in person meetings. Nonetheless, we encourage virtual meetings for everyone's protection when necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 3-4 years for other licensed private investigator, obtained the required 2000 hours of investigative experience and passed the PI exam the 1st time. I've received hundred of hours of continuing education over two decades and continue to do so.
