- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible and designed to match each client’s specific needs. We offer transparent fee structures with no hidden charges. Monthly management fees typically range from 3.5% to 5%, and our leasing fee is 40%–50% of one month’s rent, covering the full leasing process from marketing through tenant placement. We also offer upgraded management packages that may include Rent Guarantees, Eviction Coverage, and Property Damage Protection for added peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief consultation to understand the client’s goals and the property’s needs. From there, we provide a clear and detailed written outline of our services, pricing, and recommended next steps to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 27 years of industry experience, I hold a California Real Estate Broker License and have been licensed in real estate since 2005. I am also a member in good standing with professional organizations including the California Association of Realtors, NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), and the California Apartment Association (CAA), among others.
