- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw that my industry was seriously lacking in customer service. There seemed to be an air of entitlement going around within the industry. I think that communication is by far the best tool any business person can have. We should always have time for our clients and tenants. That's our job!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I helped a client before they became a client to defuse a real bad situation between them, an unlicensed property manager, and a pissed off tenant. Was able to get the client back their money from the property manager, get the pissed off tenant calmed down and out of the property with their desposit without any damage to the asset. Got the unlicensed property manager to apologize to all parties and no lawsuits. The client was thankful for the help and let me manage the asset and re-rent it. I call it a success.
