I had the opportunity to work with Josh on a recent transaction where he represented the buyer on my clients listing I had for sale. As a Realtor, I always want to provide the best customer service to my clients but when the deal at times requires to different Realtors, one representing either side, you never know how the transaction will transpire because not all agents are created equal. However, Josh represented his clients needs 100% in my opinion and was a great agent to work with on this file due to his outstanding communication skills which is imperative to a smooth transaction. Thanks to Josh and his team we had an awesome home buying experience! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We also appreciated how patient he was with us during this process, as we saw many homes over a period of several weeks until we finally found the perfect home for us. He always answered or returned our phone calls/emails/ text messages the same day, which is important for someone like me because I tend to be very impatient. Josh sold our home in Downtown Riverside super quick! He took excellent quality pictures , showing our homes best side. They gave us tips on how to make our home more inviting to homebuyers. He was easy to reach we didnt have to go hunting down for him. Thank you soo much !!

Josh helped sell my home in Riverside. He did a fantastic job marketing the property with pictures and even video. I was truly blown away by how he marketed my property.
