Humberto Arauz is a true professional. He's very thorough and will go through your tax paperwork line by line to ensure you maximize your deductions. I have always prepared our family's taxes myself utilizing one of the leading tax prep programs. This year with all the updates and changes in the tax laws I didn't really trust myself to maximize our savings, so we hired Integrity Tax Financial & Insurance. Fortunately so, as not only did Humberto maximize our deductions, he identified an error on our previous year's tax return. Humberto also armed us with knowledge of a few other things going forward. This was my first year to use Integrity Tax. Historically I have done my own taxes, but 2021 was more complex than I felt comfortable with. I reached out to Humberto about tax questions regarding my recently created LLC and he couldn't have been more helpful. He called me back about a half hour after my submission and in no time at all he answered my questions and put my mind at ease.
