I was looking for a tree trimming service to trim several trees in my backyard that was licensed, insured and gave a fair price. I felt that this was the company that covered my needs. Ignacio Jr. (says he is the owners son) was very professional and communicated to me of when his crew would be at my home to do the job. This was a week ago today and still no show, no call, no text, no nothing! I left several messages with Ignacio Jr. and left a voice mail at their office and still have not heard a word. I could understand if an emergency or a conflict of scheduling was going to be a problem, I would have rescheduled, but to have no one call back is very disappointing. To add insult to injury, I had made arrangements to make sure I had the day off (with no pay) !! Lack of customer service and common courtesy. So disappointed! Don't waste your time on this company!
