Joe responded promptly to my service request to install a dishwasher. He arrived early, and went above and beyond the service that was expected from him. There were hiccups, such as tile that needed to be removed so the dishwasher would fit. Joe was able to accommodate that need, making a clean cut, and making sure everything looked as nice as possible. He seriously cares about his quality, maybe even a little OCD. I will be using him and other contractors he recommends in the future.
