1. Engetron performed superbly, above and beyond expectations, pertaining to the job description, hired to do: A. Install fan. B. Remove and replace very high and complex recessed LED lights. C. Respected the home, was well organized, had all the tools, removed the trash, cleaned up after, we were happy with how it was, when Engetron entered and left the home. 2. Cesar was the workman: A. He was responsive to the call for service, gave a cost for service, and stuck to his word, a very reasonable price. B. Cesar was punctual, arrived at agreed time, provided options, and went to work. C. Elderly lady homeowner was present for his visit, with Cesar: i. She felt completely safe. ii. She felt completely respected. iii. She was at ease, Cesar answered all her questions, entertained all her input and ideas, gave her feedback, she made the final decision on the options, and Cesar went to work. iv. She felt sincerity, honesty, and integrity, he went to Home Depot to get items, he provided all receipts and details, and returned to work in a timely manner. 3. Engetron & Cesar, the handled a complex and special electrical service for homeowner, job complete, it made her day!!
