After we lost our home in a fire Frank helped us redesign the rebuild. He was so patient with us & really understood our vision. We couldn't be happier with his design for our home!

Design and architectural drawings for home in California coastal zone. Many complements re: design from neighbors and potential residents. Frank is an extremely effective communicator and helped us through a fairly stringent review committee and guiding us through the necessary procedures to get approval for the plans. Frank is a very creative person , and his design work and knowledge of architecture is excellent
I recommend Frank wholeheartedly for anyone in search of a competent and easy-to-work-with architect.

Francis assisted us with our remodel of our home to convert into a care facility. He has a background in ADA compliance, so his input was very helpful. Francis was able to meet with us within a day or so to talk about the project, and we received our approved permits from the city exactly 2 weeks from when we first went over the project. He communicated with us through all stages of the process, and was very reasonable with his prices. We would definitely use him for future projects.
