Bob came to my home to clean and seal my granite countertops. I was impressed with his courtesy of calling ahead to confirm our appointment and to let me know that his GPS said that he would be 10 minutes late. It wound up that he arrived exactly on time. We initially discussed what work would be done, basically reviewing what we had discussed over the phone when I set up the appointment. Bob made an initial evaluation of what needed to done, explained the entire process, answered my questions and then started the work after we came to an agreement of the scope of work that would be done. He completed the cleaning process and described and showed me what he had done, in particular, the area around the sink and range top that he had previously noted needed some special attention. He made a quick trip to the hardware store letting me know he would be gone for about 30 minutes. He was back on time and then started the sealing process. Again, courteous to me by being sensitive of my time so that I knew when he would be back to my home. When the job was finished he reviewed the work that was done to ensure I was satisfied with the quality of his work. It took about 3 hours to finish the job. He cleaned everything up so that it looked like it did before he came. Bob was professional, personable, and courteous. He ranks at the top of service professionals that I have dealt with in my home maintenance history with a variety of contractors. I highly recommend Bob for the service that he provides.

Bob Vassallo cleaned and repair the master shower floor tile and also repaired the grouting. He also repaired the grouting around a fireplace in the master bedroom. The job took the amount of time he estimated which was 2 hours. His pricing was reasonable. Bob is efficient and thorough and did an excellent job. He made sure he had cleaned the area after the job was completed. I will hire him again if I have any other jobs for him.
