FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contracting requires estimates for most of the things that I do not a flat fee. Coming out visually and evaluating the project to give an estimate most of what I do you really fully don't know the cost until you get into the project my experience allows me to get pretty close except for the situations that are unknown.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To receive a phone call and discuss the project to see if it's something that I can help them with. Come out to get a visual of the situation. Write up an estimate and email it to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've grown up learning all aspects of construction. I started my business in 1989. I got my General contractors License in 1992. I designed and constructed my first home in1999. I have been doing remodel and repair work for over thirty years.
