I had an issue with holes and spaces under my front door at my apartment. This was a result of the maintenance doing a poor job and they refused to fix it. Alex&family made sure the issue with my door was resolved. They continued to work until there were no visible spaces and they took the time to explain their work and how they resolved it.

I am SO glad we found Alex&Family to help with jobs for our house! They responded in minutes after we posted on thumbtack and their worker, Dmitri was in touch with us about his arrival time. Dmitri assessed what was needed for the job and set to work immediately. He knew exactly what we wanted done and was polite and pleasant. There were some glitches in the materials we purchased and Dmitri went above and beyond what I would have expected to complete the job and make sure we had the correct materials for the job.
