- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of work, project size, materials, and time required. I provide a clear estimate before starting. Any additional work or costs are discussed and approved by the customer in advance. Discounts may be available when several tasks are completed during the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I review the project description and photos and ask any necessary questions. Then I confirm the scope of work, estimated price, materials, and arrival time. I complete the job carefully, clean the work area, and make sure the customer is satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience in construction, installation, painting, furniture and cabinet assembly, and residential repairs. I have worked with professional tools, different materials, and projects of various sizes for many years.
