I cannot rave about this cleaning service more, they were on time responded quickly came out quickly did an amazing job cleaning decluttering I will definitely be booking again, if you’re hesitant about booking, I promise they are worth it & more.

I wanted to give a 4.5 because it was a rough start. Our scheduled appointment was missed due to an employee emergency. The team reacted quickly and we were able to reschedule for the following day. Once on site, the team did a fantastic job. Our house looks and smells great!. Very happy with the service and look forward to working with them again.

I am so satisfied with the work that Elsie did for our condo. The kitchen counter, fridge and whole kitchen was very spotless. The bathroom was the same way. All the windows were cleaned as well. She took the time to vacuum and had the whole place smelling like flowers and spring when I arrived.She was very nice as well. The process to get her to take the job was so easy . I messaged and she came the same day. Overall , I recommend this company and Elsie! I will definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bid jobs at a flat rate so there are no surprises with what your final bill will be. Our cleaners stay until the job is finished.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a needs assessment over the phone and through text. We then provide a quote, and follow up with a checklist of services so the customer knows what to expect in their cleaning. We then schedule their cleaning and follow up with a customer satisfaction survey to guarantee customers are getting the service they expect.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We ran into situations where we found amazing cleaners, but they were not great at communicating and scheduling. We also found people promising an exceptional clean but then the results were poor. We set out to take the guesswork out of hiring a cleaner. All our cleaners do amazing work and we handle the scheduling, quoting, and payment processing.
