I have helped 100s of people find their life purpose, hit their career goals, find their Divine power through the day to day stress, and heal from the inside out through clearing self limiting beliefs, mindfulness/meditation practices, learning about Universal laws/manifestation, and energy healing.
I have seen my incredible clients have major life transformations just within 30-90 days. I create an intuitive coaching blueprint specific for your souls purpose.
I also do specialize working with youth as young as 15 years old and young adults trying to find their inner happiness and create healthy habits in their late teens to early 30s. All genders welcomed! This is a Oneness consciousness business. I serve the Divine within ALL!

Before coaching I really struggled with confidence and being sure in who I am and how I look and what I do. I put way to much weight into shallow things like grades instead the truly important things in life. I also wasn’t very spiritual and I didn’t have any sustainable coping mechanisms to deal with my anxiety. I also would often put other people and things first and be afraid to say no even to the detriment of my own well-being.
Working with Tamara has helped me to focus on my own well-being first in order to serve others to the fullest extent I can. This experience has helped me to eliminate the guilt that I used to feel for the privileges I’ve been given and be more forgiving and patient with myself. It has helped me love myself fully and have the courage to do what I love and say no to the things that I don’t.
It’s surprising to see how much my mindset and mental state can change over the course of just a few months. I’ve been able to completely realign my life principles with my true core values and change everything from my thoughts to my feelings to the ideas and rules that govern my life.
I loved the coaching because you have someone to unpack thoughts and feelings with and how truly connect we are to The Divine and spiritual world. This is really cool because unlike normal counseling, the meditations and practices are something that can be implemented independently for your entire life on your own. Tamara teaches you how to be a leader instead of a follower in this society, especially as a teen.

I had always had a desire to lead a more spiritual and faithful life. I had began to realize the presence of the divine but didn’t know what to do with it. I was heading into a freshman year of college. I felt I needed to find what this life meant for me and what I wanted out of my journey here.
I have worked on many challenges with Tamara. One of my biggest was being confident in myself and trusting my intuition. Another was controlling my energy and setting boundaries for how how energy I put into things (relationship, school, sports, work). I hadn’t found a balance in where I put my energy. I felt drained.
My biggest breakthrough was a new found love for myself and the life I lead. I have found so much peace and happiness through the skills I have learned. I am more confident, faithful, and energetic. I am more in tune with my self and my environment. I am less anxious when I have problems and I am more able to enjoy the beautiful moments. I have fell in love with the journey I am on and the person I am.
Tamara has served me in so many different ways. She has been an amazing spiritual coach who has lead me to faith and love for life that I will forever be grateful for, she is an amazing life coach who has gotten me through an extremely challenging freshman year of college athletics and academics, she is an amazing mentor who had taught me how to be a women of power and grace, and most of all she has been a sister to me in time when I needed it the most. Her service is what ever you wish for it to be. She is a partner in helping you create the life you desire.

Before life coaching with Tamara I had little clarity I what my values were. I wasn’t sure of what was happening in my life,
I was also afraid of being in The Unknown and I needed direction.
Throughout this experience, Tamara taught me how to truly love myself and prioritize my needs as a mother and wife. She helped me gain confidence in myself and courage to take the decisions I’ve been holding off of for so many years.
I learned to think beyond the norm and really transform myself from the inside out. She helped me master many skills and gifts I had and reminded me of my Divine power and to live the life I truly deserved on all levels.
Tamara’s coaching skills are incredible. She is a genuine person with so much empathy and kindness. I felt like she was my mirror through all of this and felt so seen and heard and understood.
