John Cooper and his firm are experts in dealing with difficult properties, particularly properties that are not "easy sells". As a Trustee and Probate Administrator I've had to prepare and sell properties that were either abandoned or in complete disrepair. John never shies away from those properties and consistently maintains a positive and can-do attitude to bring those properties to market.
