- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**Service Pricing & Inclusions** Typical weekly service pricing for pools up to 15,000 gallons is **$145/month for saltwater pools** and **$155/month for chlorinated pools**. Included chemicals: chlorine, muriatic acid, sodium bicarbonate, calcium, enzymes, and phosphate treatments as needed. Not included but available at additional cost: salt, PoolRx mineral treatment, and algaecides. Full service includes a complete equipment check, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, cleaning sweeps, brushing steps and swim-outs, water testing, and precise chemical balancing. **Filter cleanings** are performed a minimum of twice per year and are **$100 per cleaning**.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When hired by a new customer, I start each job with a thorough inspection or the pool equipment. I'll wash out the filters,. inspect pool sweep. adjust timers, and make recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm take ongoing training classes put together by industry professionals from top manufacturers. I keep current on new laws and requirements, work closely with water districts to understand rules for draining pools, I'm CPO certified, water chemistry certified, certified equipment installer and energy auditor through PG&E.
