Sorbon did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and then when the part came in installing it and repairing it in a very timely manner he also helped with another chore around the house which was not asked for as the help was greatly appreciated five stars all the way through will call him again if we have any other needs with our appliances

Response is always very quick and professional. Even if device can’t be repaired he will give good advice. Price is very fair and the $50 call fee will be deducted from final bill. Very pleased with his service.
