Sorbon did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and then when the part came in installing it and repairing it in a very timely manner he also helped with another chore around the house which was not asked for as the help was greatly appreciated five stars all the way through will call him again if we have any other needs with our appliances

Adam was very diligent checking out our (elder) appliance to ascertain the problem(s). Except for the $50 service call fee, he did not charge anything more and he had been here for two hours. I would call him again for problems with an appliance.

Adam was absolutely a top notch professional. He was extremely polite knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to fix my washer in a flash and also diagnose my ice machine and oven all in the same visit..
I also appreciated his respect for our home and the newly installed wood floors while moving appliances..
