From initial call, to caliber and cost of service, to follow up, Next Day Air sets a standard that is almost impossible to beat. I had made calls to several firms for an HVAC repair, but never got a call back. Next Day Air picked up on the first ring, and scheduled a service technician WITHIN THE HOUR!!! The technician came to our (out of the way) property, cheerfully accessed a hard-to-reach furnace, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a fraction of what we feared the repair would cost. To be honest, I can't remember having a MORE positive experience with any service firm, ever!! These people are fantastic, total pros, and SUCH a pleasure to work with. Simply could not recommend a firm more highly. Thank you Next Day Air, we will NEVER call anyone else for HVAC needs!!!"See more

David Garibaldi says, "We contacted Repipe Specialists to repipe our house from the old galvanized pipe to new Pex Pipe as we had yellow brown water with no pressure in our shower, sinks, rust in the toilets. You couldn't turn on the sink while someone was in the shower or they would freeze as the hot water supply was the worst. From the time Randy came out and gave us our presentation on the repipe, we knew his knowledge and professionalism really impressed us and we took the plunge. The men doing the work took the time to protect all of our furnishings and flooring, were very efficient and knowledgeable, skilled and completed the repipe in the time quoted and maybe sooner. We were very pleased with the piping as now we have good pressure, clean water and no smell just like a new house. The city inspector even asked who had done the work as the walls were patched professionally and all piping was done to code. Inspector commented that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in this area. All we did was lighty paint. A lot of nice people were involved and we have already recommended Repipe Specialists to our friends and acquaintances."See more

We were very impressed with Dave. He actually came a little early which was great. We wanted 3 toilets installed. We had to put one on hold due to problems with the flooring but he will be helping us with that. He installed the other two with no problems. He was finished sooner than expected and was very neat and tidy. An excellent job all around. We will be calling him for any future plumbing issues.
