It is based on specific problems. Some will be fixed, others project based, and others hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we get a diagnosis of the problem and provide our customers with solutions to the issue at hand. We will perform either a repair or suggest a fix to the problem at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been in the industry for 20+ years. Our experience is corporate based. Everything from implementing and troubleshooting Cisco devices to all computer hardware and software manufacturers.
