He started out fairly well, but then everything went downhill. Nothing but excuses over and over and over why it was taking two months to do work he said would be finished in 1-1/2 weeks. We have been waiting since June 11 for him to come and finish work. His "contracts" don 't mean anything, but he sure went through the $6000.00 we paid him in a hurry.
