ClimatePro performed very well from quoting, to estimating, to scheduling, and to installation. On installation day, the installer arrived ahead of the scheduled time, worked quickly and efficiently to remove existing our window film, informed me of some window seal defects I was unaware of, installed the new film, and cleaned up quickly and completely.All in, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We have a rental home on the river here in Napa. We purchased it some time ago and there was window film on some of the windows. The film was at least 16 years old. And the house has lots of sun exposure both from the East and the West. The old film was somewhat opaque. And the newest tenants were anxious to replace it. I researched films and found Climate Pro. I found dealing with Dean, the salesperson and Susan, in the office, easy and straightforward. It was installed last week by Jason. I found Jason to be efficient, pleasant, clear and professional. The removal of the old film and the installation of the new took less time than I imagined it would. Since I do not live in this house, I will have to wait for some time to evaluate how the film performs but I expect I will really like it. And the windows looked fabulous after Jason was finished. I just might have to do something to the windows in my own home!

ClimatePro was a pleasure to work with. ClimatePro came by and provided me with a quote in less than 15 minutes, and answered all the questions I had regarding window film. Less than a month later, two gentlemen came by to install film on all my windows, and it's really making a difference. Most importantly, I can't even tell that it's on the windows (very little glare), yet it definitely makes a difference. ClimatePro was on time both for the quote and installation, and I highly recommend them if you're considering window film!

ClimatePro was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to cut down on glare and heat gain in my office without having to make an expensive window retrofit and Dean had the perfect solution. The price was right, the installation of the film was fast, and the service was super friendly. I'm planning to have them back to do more windows as we expand.
