- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge by the hour and can provide project price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide a free estimate of cost for project within 24 hours. I will make first service call to verify and fix problem. If parts are required, I will order the parts for you and let you know when they will arrive. I will make return trip to site to complete repairs. All parts and labor have a 90 day warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received on-the-job training for all major appliances. I have over 10 years experience fixing most major brands of appliances. I work with a large number of warranty companies. I keep up-to-date on most appliance brands and have relationship with major parts suppliers.
