My pricing is always clear and fair — no hidden fees. I work directly with suppliers to get the best deals on parts and pass those savings on to you. As a way to give back, I offer a 12% discount for military personnel and seniors. Just mention it when booking your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a diagnostic visit — it's just $59. If you move forward with the repair, that fee goes toward the total cost, so you don’t pay twice. You'll get a clear explanation, upfront pricing, and fast, reliable service — often same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a diploma Engineer. I got additional education for special equipment.
