I would like to 1st say that I have called quite few places for quotes and information before deciding. When I talked with Charlie with Certified Pro Restorations it was like talking to a friend, he was kind understanding of my concern with price and the quality of the service, he was very knowledgeable about the services I needed, he did not try talking me into more service that I didn't need, but gave me information on services I was interested in. When he arrived with his associate Sarah who by the way was very sweet and knew her stuff as well anything I asked, both of them would stop and take the time to explain to me the things I was concerned with or just answering my many questions. They were wonderful, they took a reasonable amount of time to do go work, very accommodating with my schedule, the price was fair and I will call on them again in the future, I am recommending them to my friends if they are in need of their services. Thank you Charlie and Sarah for the great job, my family and my no longer sneezing nose thanks you both! Angela April 3,2015

I had them clean my carpet four rooms and living room and stairs. My appointment was at seven in the morning they was on time and very friendly it was like I knew the whole time. when they finish my kids made a remark stating that the carpet looks better than it did when we first move in which is so true.They are a very perfessonial company and I can not wait to do buiness with them again.

I had my carpets cleaned and my windows washed and the bathroom shower cleaned. I own my own carpet cleaner and I usually clean the carpets myself but decided to hire a professional because I have a lot of stairs. Charlie and Sarah cleaned my carpets and they are wonderful and the carpets look brand new and the stairs are outstanding. They were very professional and worked hard and stayed focused because I had a lot of work. I am a realtor and have seen a lot of dirty carpets and I would recommend this team to any one who has the most detailed work expectations. This team is the best and provide very professional results. I will never clean my carpets again and would highly recommend that you use this service. They are wonderful and will exceed your expectations. Thanks again Charlie and Sarah you made my house look like new.
