I hired Chad for a small project and he and Cole did a great job getting my lights hung and gutters cleaned, cleaned up and locked up when they were done and brought my cans up. I will definitely hire Chad again for my next project. His rate was very reasonable and for this single mom, value for my $ is always important. Super nice too guys too. :-)

We needed the front door replaced on our new home ASAP (less than a 24hr turnaround) & with no hesitation he was here on a Sunday. The door & trim look amazing! We started with a small project and after working with Chad for just a short time, we were so excited with the work and the value for our dollar that we remodeled our whole kitchen! A few little construction bumps came up and Chad was able to help us through each issue and gave us good advice on what decisions weneeded to make. The project came out great and we are planning to have Chad help us with a back porch/patio this coming summer. Thanks Chad!!

My sofa bed/couch was stuck in the "out" position, I live in a 1-bedroom apartment, so it was tight! My sister and I couldn't budge it. Also, I had contractors in front of my door fixing my front porch landing. Chad came and found my apartment no problem. He had my sofa bed/couch fixed in no time! He explained what had probably happened, and helped me put the cushions back on. It was great!

Chad was amazing. He showed up on time, he had all the tools he needed to do the job and did the work in a very timely manner. He put in wood floors, bathroom faucets, new light fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen and was even able to build me stairs in a very odd space that made access for me easier. He even would give me ideas of doing the job that would be more cost effective. When taking out this horrible florescent lighting in the kitchen he suggested a ceiling fan with light, it is perfect. Chad left his work areas spotless. He has a real eye for detail and the finished look. It is difficult to find someone you can trust and that will show up until the work is done. I will not use anyone else.
