Im very satisfied with the work Ivan did replacing 3 toilets and some lineoleum flooring. Its normally not too hard to find a good handyman. But it is hard to find one that is humble, honest and genuinely a nice person. Ivan is that handyman. When I need some more work done, I'll definitely be calling him again.

Ivan is great. He worked with my schedule and was flexible to my schedule. Did a great job with everything I wanted done in my house. From wall patches and blinds replacements. Even went to the store to pick out the same wall paint shade and did it all in under 2 hours. Will definitely hire him again.
