We initially hired James to fix an ice machine that wasn’t draining. He was able to come same day and managed to diagnose the cause of the issue and fix it. Before he left we asked him if he’d be interested in bidding a project to shiplap a wall in our living room that had been on our “to do” list for months, which included converting a rounded archway to the hallway to a squared “modern” look. He quoted a fair price for the labor and provided support for all the materials. James takes his time and cares more about doing good work instead of just trying to rush and get it done quickly. We were thoroughly impressed with his work ethic, attention to detail, and the final product. He is an incredibly kind, honest, and humble man that we would recommend and will hire for any future work that is needed. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Dimitri and his team are not only hardworking and highly skilled but also remarkably professional. Dimitri is exceptionally courteous during onsite visits, meticulously going through every detail of our requirements. Beyond the bathroom renovations, they expertly handled electrical and plumbing work, TV mounting, and even installed and painted a new door. They completely transformed our bathrooms, surpassing our expectations. Their pricing was fair, especially after comparing with other contractors, and I’m truly glad we chose his team. I would undoubtedly rely on them for all future projects or any minor handyman tasks.

Mr. James spent a day and a half doing a variety of tasks in our home. He installed a new bathroom vanity, faucet, lights in different rooms as well as 3-4 different exhaust fans. All the work was done timely and he was very careful and cautious with our space and personal belongings. Wore booties to make sure he wouldn’t dirty the floors. Attention to details was great. We will use his services again.

James was very responsive to an urgent need I had for a small repair job due to the recent storms. I appreciated his flexibility and he even did extra work that I did not ask him to do, such as identifying a cracked roof tile, and cleaning gutters that were not flowing properly. I also appreciated that he charged me a cheaper rate than some others (Paid $80 for the urgent repair work).
