Our project was a little bit unusual in that we wanted some caulking around some of our windows that seemed to have gaps between the window frame and the stucco due to settling. The estimates I got were all over the place price wise and many wanted to charge by the window. Since not all windows needed it and the ones that did didn’t necessarily need it all the way around it was better to get an hourly price, which is what we got from Mars. My husband was impressed because right away Mars asked if we had paint so that he could touch up the stucco after doing the caulking. He did a great job with the caulking and the touch up painting. He even let me add in one other miscellaneous job that was not part of the original agreement and he did a good job on that as well. He worked more than 5 hours without taking a break. He is a hard worker.
