Introduction: Quality Experience Honesty Friendliness Fairnes Attention to detail (attention to detail requires time, effort, & determination to spend the time it takes to do the job right) I do not typically take upon projects which involve more than one day unless they are assembly jobs. NO FLOORING, NO ROOFING, NO LARGER OR LONGER JOBS. I am fully vaccinated but will take full precautions upon request. I am also open to scheduling calls, video meetings, or face-to-face meetings to assist/ tutor DIYers I also have high ratings & reviews as well as the highest business awards offered from Angi.com for the last two years since I began working with them. Since I have rarely used this app and I'm trying to get back into it, I am beginning to offer discounts on occasion primarily to new customers who are willing to give me a rating & review for my services.

It was such a pleasure working with Scott Sherlock. He fixed problems for us with skill and confidence; a door that wouldn't close properly and a toilet paper holder that would not stay in the wall. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$55/ hr ($25/ hr LESS THAN SACRAMENTO AVERAGE... try Googling it or calling around!) I do not take jobs that involve medium to large remodels & seldomly even take smaller remodel jobs unless it it something very small such as painting a half bathroom, etc. which can be done in a day or two and is not part of a larger job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond quickest to texts to my personal phone number but will also respond to calls or voice messages. Please leave me either a voice or text message if you email me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in mechanical engineering; worked for a contractor
