Luxury Remodeling & Flooring Pro are not working with cheap clients and We are not cheap. I want to tell you we do match price and we do have Discounts. If you are using are services second time or more, we give you up to 200$ cash and 200$ Coupon, You can used for next purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Luxury Remodeling & Flooring Pro always happy to help You Start and Finish your project. That's how we work : Step #1 You call us or txt massages. Next we scheduling appointment when its convenient for you. Step #2 We coming take Measuring, Take Pictures and sending INVOICE. Step #3 We ordering materials and make Schedule install data. Customer pays for materials or give deposit up to 10%, We delivered materials (if needed) Step#4 We begin working on your project. After 30% of project get Done Than Customer make first payment. Step #5 When project Done 50% or more Customer make second payment. Last payment Customer pay after product completely Done than Customer make last payment. Step #6 we will send information to Customer and Coupon. and ask for review.
